Get to Know the Team at Weissner & Blick

Since 1993, Michael Weissner and Michael Blick have worked together in a CPA practice with a remarkable retention rate. Over 90% of clients who work with Weissner & Blick stay year after year. Michael Weissner, CPA

A graduate of Pace University, Michael Weissner worked with KPMG before entering a partnership with Michael Blick. His diverse experience while in public accounting with audits, taxes, trusts and not-for-profits combined with his love for children has allowed Michael to help such notable clients as Foundation for Educating Children with Autism and Friends of Jaclyn.

As a Giants fan, Michael can regularly be found spending his off time at Giants Stadium or in front of the plasma from September through January. An avid wine enthusiast, he also has a love of fine vintages from the Napa Valley region and the Western Cape region of South Africa from which his wife hails.

His two wonderful daughters (ages 11 and 22) keep him busy with piano recitals and family time at the beach. Traveling to the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean and South Africa for safaris is another passion.

Michael Blick, CPA

A previous employee of Ernst & Young, Mike earned his degree from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business economics and a minor in computer science, prior to joining forces with Michael Weissner.

With a secret recipe for his famous baby back ribs in one hand and a NY Giants pendant in the other, it's easy to guess how Michael Blick spends his time after hours. Mike also pursues softball, coin collecting and wine tasting. He possesses a love for life and a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals.

Mike’s desire to help others extends beyond accounting. Mike is a member of a corporate Darts league which helps raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and he participates in the Blythedale Children’s Hospital Charity Golf outing. He is also 2008–2009 President of his Business Networking International (BNI) chapter of which he's been a member for more than 12 years.
